*Please note that we MUST have a copy of your re-sale
certificate on file before approval is granted. Please fax
your re-sale certificate to 561-651-7329. Your business name must
match your re-sale certificate name. You will be contacted by
phone if we need further information. Upon approval, you will be
sent an email notification of your approval status and log in
information.
